ทบทวนแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ กำหนดทิศทางองค์กร

วิทยาลัยการฝึกหัดครู มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร จัดกิจกรรม “การทบทวน วิเคราะห์แผนการดำเนินการและการปฏิบัติงาน ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569” ระหว่างวันที่ 10–11 สิงหาคม 2569 เพื่อประเมินผลการดำเนินงานตามแผนยุทธศาสตร์ วิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์การดำเนินงาน และกำหนดทิศทางการพัฒนาองค์กรให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายมหาวิทยาลัยและการเปลี่ยนแปลงของการศึกษาในอนาคต

กิจกรรมเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และบุคลากรร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยความสำเร็จและประเด็นท้าทาย พร้อมกำหนดแนวทางการพัฒนาร่วมกัน เพื่อเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการและยกระดับคุณภาพการผลิตครูอย่างต่อเนื่อง

 

Strategic Planning Review 2026

The College of Teacher Education, Phranakhon Rajabhat University, held its 2026 Strategic Planning Review and Operational Analysis Workshop on 10–11 August 2026 to evaluate institutional performance, review strategic priorities, and refine its development roadmap in alignment with the University's strategic direction and the evolving landscape of education.

The workshop brought together administrators, faculty members, and staff to reflect on achievements, identify challenges, and develop collaborative strategies for continuous improvement. The initiative reinforces the College's commitment to strategic governance, organizational excellence, and quality teacher education, ensuring sustainable institutional development and preparing future educators to meet the demands of a rapidly changing world.
