ยกระดับสมรรถนะครูไทย สู่คุณภาพผู้เรียน

ตามมาตรฐานสากล PISA

วิทยาลัยการฝึกหัดครู มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการหัวข้อ “การพัฒนาครูตามฐานสมรรถนะ PTRU เพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะ 4 ประการและความฉลาดรู้ตามแนว PISA” ระหว่างวันที่ 5–6 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2569 ณ อาคารอนุสรณ์ 100 ปีการฝึกหัดครูไทย โดยมีครูจากกรุงเทพมหานครและจังหวัดนนทบุรีเข้าร่วมกว่า 40 คน

การอบรมมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูให้สามารถออกแบบการเรียนรู้ที่สอดคล้องกับทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ผ่านกระบวนการ Reflection, Follow-up และ Coaching & Mentoring เพื่อเสริมสร้างการพัฒนาวิชาชีพอย่างต่อเนื่องและยั่งยืน ภายใต้กรอบสมรรถนะ PTRU ควบคู่กับการพัฒนาความฉลาดรู้ของผู้เรียนตามแนวการประเมินระดับนานาชาติ (PISA) กิจกรรมดังกล่าวสะท้อนบทบาทของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในการยกระดับคุณภาพครูและการเรียนรู้เชิงสมรรถนะ และสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) โดยเฉพาะ SDG 4: การศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ (Quality Education) ผ่านการพัฒนาครูอย่างเป็นระบบ และ SDG 17: ความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Partnerships for the Goals) ผ่านการเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางการศึกษา

Thailand Advances Teacher Competency

to Meet Global PISA Standards

The College of Teacher Education at Phranakhon Rajabhat University (PNRU) hosted a two-day professional development workshop on May 5–6, 2026, titled “Competency-Based Teacher Development under PTRU Framework to Foster Core Attributes and PISA-Oriented Literacy.” The program engaged over 40 teachers from Bangkok and Nonthaburi at the 100 Years Teacher Education Memorial Building.

The workshop focused on strengthening teachers’ capacity to design 21st-century learning experiences aligned with the PTRU competency framework and international PISA standards. Key components included reflection sessions, follow-up processes, and intensive coaching and mentoring, promoting continuous and sustainable professional growth.

This initiative highlights the university’s commitment to advancing teacher quality and competency-based education. It aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, by enhancing teacher capacity, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, through collaborative professional learning networks
