วิทยาลัยการฝึกหัดครู มรภ.พระนคร ขับเคลื่อน “PTRU Model” สู่การยกระดับสมรรถนะครูและผู้เรียนตามเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs)

วันที่ 28 พฤศจิกายน 2568 วิทยาลัยการฝึกหัดครู มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร จัดการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อพัฒนา “PTRU Model” นวัตกรรมหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่มุ่งเสริมสมรรถนะครูและยกระดับผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานสากล โดยเฉพาะองค์ความรู้ตามกรอบ PISA Literacy และแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21

PTRU Model มุ่งเน้นสององค์ประกอบสำคัญ ได้แก่

• 4 Characteristics: ส่งเสริมทัศนคติที่ถูกต้อง ความมั่นคงทางชีวิต ทักษะอาชีพ และความเป็นพลเมืองที่มีวินัย

• PISA Literacy: พัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการอ่าน คณิตศาสตร์ และวิทยาศาสตร์ตามมาตรฐานนานาชาติ

 

เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเกิดผลในเชิงพื้นที่ วิทยาลัยการฝึกหัดครู ได้ขับเคลื่อนรูปแบบดังกล่าวผ่านโรงเรียนสาธิตและเครือข่ายโรงเรียนพันธมิตร โดยใช้ Coaching & Mentoring และการสร้าง Professional Learning Community (PLC) เป็นกลไกหลักในการพัฒนาครูและยกระดับการจัดการเรียนรู้ฐานสมรรถนะอย่างยั่งยืน

การพัฒนา PTRU Model เชื่อมโยงโดยตรงกับ เป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) ได้แก่

• SDG 4: Quality Education – ยกระดับคุณภาพการเรียนรู้และสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพครู

• SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth – พัฒนาทักษะอาชีพและความพร้อมสู่ตลาดแรงงาน

• SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities – ลดความเหลื่อมล้ำทางการเรียนรู้ผ่านระบบสนับสนุนครูและโรงเรียน

• SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals – สร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัย โรงเรียน และชุมชนการศึกษา

วิทยาลัยการฝึกหัดครูตั้งเป้าเดินหน้าสร้าง “โรงเรียนต้นแบบเชิงพื้นที่” ภายใต้แนวคิด Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) เพื่อสร้างระบบนิเวศทางการเรียนรู้ที่เข้มแข็งและสนับสนุนการยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาไทยให้ทัดเทียมมาตรฐานสากลในระยะยาว

 

College of Teacher Education Advances the “PTRU Model” to Strengthen Teacher Competency and Student Outcomes Aligned with the SDGs

Bangkok, November 28, 2025 — The College of Teacher Education at Phranakhon Rajabhat University (PNRU) organized a capacity-building workshop to advance the development of the “PTRU Model”, an innovative curriculum and instructional framework designed to enhance teacher competencies and elevate student learning outcomes toward international benchmarks, including PISA Literacy and 21st-century skills.

The PTRU Model focuses on two core components:

• 4 Characteristics: cultivating positive attitudes, life stability, career readiness, and responsible citizenship.

• PISA Literacy: strengthening student competencies in reading, mathematics, and science according to international standards.

To ensure effective implementation, the model is being piloted through PNRU’s laboratory schools and partner institutions. Key mechanisms—such as Coaching & Mentoring and the development of Professional Learning Communities (PLC)—support teachers in applying competency-based instructional practices sustainably.

The initiative aligns with several UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):

• SDG 4 – Quality Education: improving teacher capacity and student learning quality

• SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth: building career-ready skills and workforce preparedness

• SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities: reducing learning disparities through targeted support for schools and teachers

• SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals: fostering collaborative networks between universities, schools, and local education communities

The College aims to establish “Area-Based Model Schools” grounded in Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), contributing to a resilient learning ecosystem and advancing Thailand’s education system toward global standards.
