Bangkok, November 25, 2025 — The College of Teacher Education at Phranakhon Rajabhat University (PNRU) organized an intensive capacity-building workshop on AUN-QA Version 4.0, aiming to enhance faculty readiness for ASEAN-level quality assurance standards. The workshop was held at the “100 Years of Thai Teacher Education” Memorial Building and brought together administrators, faculty members, and academic staff across the College.
The session featured Asst. Prof. Dr. Jetsada Khwamkhunkheaw, a recognized expert in higher education quality assurance, who provided in-depth guidance on understanding the AUN-QA framework, developing effective documentation and evidence, and improving curriculum and teaching-learning processes in alignment with regional standards.
The event was opened by Asst. Prof. Dr. Atcharawan Chanpensri, Dean of the College of Teacher Education, who emphasized the importance of quality assurance literacy as a foundation for academic excellence and continuous improvement.
Key objectives of the workshop included:
- Strengthening understanding of the AUN-QA Version 4 criteria
- Enhancing skills in documentation and evidence preparation
- Improving curriculum quality and instructional processes
- Preparing programs for ASEAN-level external quality assessment
