มุทิตาจิตแด่ครูผู้สร้างคุณค่า: พลังแห่งความผูกพันและการอุทิศตนเพื่อการศึกษา

  

วันที่ 26 กันยายน 2568 วิทยาลัยการฝึกหัดครู มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร ได้จัดพิธีมุทิตาจิตและแสดงความเคารพแด่ผู้เกษียณอายุราชการ ประจำปี 2568 ภายใต้ชื่องาน “จากนี้ไปจนนิรันดร์...ร้อยความผูกพันวันเกษียณ” ณ โรงแรมมารวย การ์เด้น กรุงเทพมหานคร บรรยากาศภายในงานอบอวลไปด้วยความรัก ความกตัญญู และความภาคภูมิใจที่มีต่อครูผู้สร้างคุณูปการแก่สังคมการศึกษา ผู้เกษียณอายุราชการประจำปี 2568 ได้แก่

• อาจารย์ชุลีกร เลิศประเสริฐ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์สาธิตการบริบาลและพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย และอาจารย์ประจำสาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัย ผู้ซึ่งอุทิศตนเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนปฐมวัยอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• นางสาววนิดา ช้างเย็นฉ่ำ หัวหน้าสำนักงานคณบดี วิทยาลัยการฝึกหัดครู ผู้ซึ่งทำหน้าที่สนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการและสร้างระบบงานที่มั่นคงให้แก่สถาบันแห่งนี้

ทั้งสองท่านเป็นแบบอย่างแห่ง “ความมุ่งมั่นและความรับผิดชอบ” ในการสร้างสรรค์คุณภาพการศึกษา อันเป็นสิ่งที่ยืนยาวเกินกว่าชีวิตการทำงานตลอดระยะเวลาที่ผ่านมา ผู้เกษียณทั้งสองท่านได้อุทิศตนด้วยแรงกาย แรงใจ และสติปัญญา เพื่อสร้างความก้าวหน้าแก่การศึกษาไทย ทั้งในเชิง การสอน การบริหาร และการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ อันก่อให้เกิดผลลัพธ์ที่ยั่งยืน ทั้งต่อสถาบัน นักศึกษา และสังคมโดยรวม

พิธีมุทิตาจิตครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงเป็นการแสดงความเคารพ หากยังเป็น “พื้นที่การเรียนรู้” ให้กับครูและนักศึกษาได้ตระหนักว่า “ความเป็นครู” ไม่ใช่เพียงอาชีพ แต่คือ พันธกิจแห่งการสร้างคนและสร้างสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนครและวิทยาลัยการฝึกหัดครู จึงขอแสดงความเคารพและความซาบซึ้งในคุณูปการอย่างสูงต่ออาจารย์ผู้เกษียณอายุราชการทั้งสองท่าน พร้อมทั้งอำนวยพรให้ท่านและครอบครัวประสบแต่ความสุข ความเจริญ และมีสุขภาพแข็งแรงตลอดไป

On September 26, 2025, the College of Teacher Education at Phranakhon Rajabhat University held its annual Retirement Tribute Ceremony, under the theme “From This Day to Eternity: A Hundred Ties of Gratitude.” The event took place at Maruay Garden Hotel, Bangkok, and was filled with warmth, respect, and heartfelt appreciation for educators whose lifelong dedication has left a lasting impact on the institution and Thai education at large. This year, two distinguished members of the College retired from service:

Prof. Chuleekorn Lertprasert, Director of the Early Childhood Development Demonstration Center and Lecturer in Early Childhood Education, recognized for her tireless commitment to advancing early childhood learning and nurturing future teachers.

Miss Wanida Changyencham, Head of the Dean’s Office at the College of Teacher Education, known for her vital role in strengthening administrative systems and ensuring effective institutional operations.

Together, they exemplify resilience, responsibility, and a devotion to teaching and service that transcends their careers, leaving an enduring legacy for students, colleagues, and the wider educational community.

The ceremony featured touching speeches by administrators, heartfelt tributes from colleagues, the presentation of commemorative gifts, and memorable performances from faculty and staff. The highlight came as the retiring educators shared their reflections—moments that carried deep meaning for younger generations, reminding them that teaching is not just a profession but a lifelong mission to shape lives and society.
