วิทยาลัยการฝึกหัดครู มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร (PNRU) ได้จัดกิจกรรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อพัฒนาอาจารย์ผู้สอน ให้มีศักยภาพในการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่สอดคล้องกับกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ (Thailand Qualifications Framework: TQF) และสามารถพัฒนาผลงานด้านการเรียนการสอนเพื่อขอรับการประเมินตามกรอบสมรรถนะอาจารย์ระดับอุดมศึกษา (Thailand Professional Standards Framework: Thailand PSF)
การอบรมในครั้งนี้จัดขึ้น ณ ห้องประชุม อาคาร 100 ปี ชั้น 3 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร เวลา 08.30 – 16.30 น. โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนาองค์ความรู้และทักษะในการเขียนและพัฒนาผลงานด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน พร้อมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก (Active Learning) ที่มุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ผู้เรียนอย่างแท้จริง
การอบรมได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อัจฉราวรรณ จันทร์เพ็ญศรี คณบดีวิทยาลัยการฝึกหัดครู เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด และ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พิชามญชุ์ จำรัสศรี รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิชาการ เป็นผู้กล่าวรายงานโครงการ ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของหน่วยงานในการยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาผ่านการส่งเสริมศักยภาพของอาจารย์โดยวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ได้แก่ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ประภัสสร วงษ์ดี และ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พรรษา เอกพรประสิทธิ์ ซึ่งได้บรรยายแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์จริง และถ่ายทอดเทคนิคการเขียนผลงานด้านการสอนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมถึงแนวทางปฏิบัติเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่ระบบการประเมินตาม Thailand PSF โดยเน้นความชัดเจน ความสอดคล้องกับแผนพัฒนาสมรรถนะ และการสะท้อนผลการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียน

📘 Elevating Academic Excellence: PNRU College of Teacher Education Advances Faculty Development Through TQF and Thailand PSF Integration
Bangkok, Thailand – July 14, 2025
In a continued effort to raise the standards of higher education, the College of Teacher Education at Phranakhon Rajabhat University (PNRU) organized a full-day professional development workshop designed to empower faculty members with enhanced teaching competencies aligned with both the Thailand Qualifications Framework (TQF) and the Thailand Professional Standards Framework for Higher Education (Thailand PSF).
Held at the Centennial Building, 3rd floor, the workshop provided a strategic platform for educators to strengthen their ability to design outcome-based curricula and implement active learning methodologies focused on authentic student learning outcomes.
The session was officially opened by Asst. Prof. Dr. Atcharawan Chanpensri, Dean of the College of Teacher Education, while Asst. Prof. Dr. Phichamanchut Chamratsee, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, delivered the program report. Their joint message underscored the college’s unwavering commitment to internationalizing teacher education by cultivating teaching expertise grounded in national policy and global pedagogical trends.
The workshop featured keynote addresses and hands-on guidance from two distinguished experts:
- Asst. Prof. Dr. Praphatsorn Wongdee
- Asst. Prof. Dr. Phatsa Aekpornprasith
Both speakers brought a wealth of practical experience, offering participants in-depth strategies for developing teaching portfolios, writing effective instructional documentation, and preparing for assessment under Thailand PSF criteria. Special emphasis was placed on aligning faculty development plans with measurable learning outcomes and continuous improvement processes.
The event is part of PNRU’s broader strategy to foster excellence in teaching, ensuring that educators are not only compliant with national standards but also capable of transforming classrooms into learner-centered, reflective, and innovative spaces. By bridging policy, practice, and professional growth, the College of Teacher Education reaffirms its role as a regional leader in teacher preparation—laying the groundwork for future generations of high-impact educators.
