ในยุคที่คุณภาพการศึกษาขับเคลื่อนด้วยการจัดการความรู้ (Knowledge Management: KM) ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ วิทยาลัยการฝึกหัดครู (College of Teacher Education: CTE) แห่งมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร (Phranakhon Rajabhat University: PNRU) ได้รับรางวัลชนะเลิศการจัดการความรู้ระดับหน่วยงานย่อย ภายใต้หัวข้อ “การพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน” ในกิจกรรม KM DAY ประจำปี 2568 ซึ่งเป็นการยืนยันถึงความมุ่งมั่นและความร่วมมือของคณาจารย์และบุคลากรทุกระดับในการพัฒนาระบบการศึกษาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน
กิจกรรม KM DAY ครั้งนี้ จัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 28 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2568 ณ คณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม โดยมีการนำเสนอผลงานแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้จากทุกสาขาวิชาภายในวิทยาลัยการฝึกหัดครู ซึ่งเน้นการถ่ายทอดแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี (Best Practices) และประสบการณ์การบริหารจัดการความรู้ให้สอดคล้องกับเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน ISO 30401:2018 ซึ่งเป็นมาตรฐานสากลว่าด้วยระบบการจัดการความรู้
องค์ประกอบสำคัญของความสำเร็จในครั้งนี้ คือ การวางแผนการดำเนินงานอย่างเป็นระบบ การกำหนดตัวชี้วัดที่ชัดเจน และการสนับสนุนให้บุคลากรทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมผ่านกระบวนการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้อย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ ทั้งนี้ยังถือเป็นเวทีที่เปิดโอกาสให้เกิดการสื่อสารระหว่างสาขาวิชาอย่างลึกซึ้ง นำไปสู่การต่อยอดแนวคิดเพื่อการเรียนรู้ในระดับชุมชน และการสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ (Learning Organization)
รางวัลชนะเลิศ ที่ได้รับในครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงความสามารถของ วิทยาลัยการฝึกหัดครู ในการผลักดันการเรียนรู้เชิงระบบภายในองค์กร และการขับเคลื่อนเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนด้านการศึกษา (SDG 4: Quality Education) อย่างมีประสิทธิผล

🏆 PNRU College of Teacher Education Honored with Top Award for Knowledge Management Excellence Aligned with ISO 30401:2018

In an era where education quality hinges on effective knowledge management, the College of Teacher Education (CTE) at Phranakhon Rajabhat University (PNRU) has achieved a significant milestone. CTE was awarded First Prize for Outstanding Knowledge Management at the 2025 KM DAY event, in the category of unit-level knowledge management under the theme “Enhancing Work Efficiency.” The award marks a testament to the collective efforts and unwavering commitment of faculty and staff toward building a sustainable and high-impact educational ecosystem.
The KM DAY event, held on May 28, 2025, at the Faculty of Industrial Technology, brought together academic teams across disciplines within the college to showcase best practices, innovative processes, and success stories in knowledge-sharing. Each presentation adhered to ISO 30401:2018 standards, the international benchmark for knowledge management systems, emphasizing strategic planning, measurable indicators, and inclusive participation.
What made CTE stand out was its systematic approach to knowledge implementation, the clarity of its performance indicators, and the organic participation of all personnel in cultivating a vibrant knowledge-sharing environment. The event also served as a powerful platform for cross-disciplinary collaboration, inspiring new ideas for community-based learning and fostering a learning organization culture that extends beyond classrooms and into surrounding communities.
This national recognition reflects CTE’s capacity to lead systemic learning within its institutional framework and to contribute meaningfully to Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4): Quality Education.
