ประชุมเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเปิดภาคเรียนและอบรมเกณฑ์ EdPEx เสริมสร้างคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษา
วิทยาลัยการฝึกหัดครู มรภ.พระนคร จัดประชุมเตรียมความพร้อมเปิดเทอม พร้อมอบรมเกณฑ์ EdPEx เสริมสร้างคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษา
เมื่อวันที่ 19 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2568 วิทยาลัยการฝึกหัดครู มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร (PNRU) จัดประชุมอาจารย์และบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเปิดภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2568 พร้อมทั้งจัดอบรมเชิงวิชาการในหัวข้อ “การดำเนินงานตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx)” ณ ห้องประชุม ชั้น 3 อาคารอนุสรณ์ 100 ปี การฝึกหัดครูไทย
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้มีผู้เข้าร่วมทั้งสิ้น 68 คน โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อัจฉราวรรณ จันทร์เพ็ญศรี คณบดีวิทยาลัยการฝึกหัดครู เป็นประธานการประชุมและบรรยายพิเศษเปิดประเด็นด้านนโยบายและทิศทางการพัฒนาองค์กร
นอกจากนี้ยังได้รับเกียรติจากรองคณบดีทั้ง 3 ท่านร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลด้านการบริหาร ได้แก่
- ผศ. ดร.กษศรณ์ นุชประสพ รองคณบดีฝ่ายบริหาร วิจัย และพัฒนาคุณภาพ
- ผศ. ดร.พิชามญชุ์ จำรัสศรี รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิชาการ
- อ. ดร.กนิษฐา สังขรัตน์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายกิจการนักศึกษา
เนื้อหาการประชุมเน้นประเด็นสำคัญ อาทิ การจัดการเรียนการสอน การดำเนินงานทางวิชาการ การพัฒนาหลักสูตร การเผยแพร่ผลงาน การจัดการทรัพยากร การบริหารภายใน และการขับเคลื่อนคุณภาพการศึกษาตามพันธกิจของวิทยาลัย
ในช่วงบ่ายเป็นการอบรมเชิงวิชาการด้าน Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) โดยคณาจารย์ภายใน ได้แก่
- อ. ดร.ศิริรัตน์ ทองมีศรี อาจารย์สาขาวิชาบริหารการศึกษา ระดับปริญญาโท
- อ.อัมพร ใจเด็จ อาจารย์สาขาวิชานาฏศิลป์ศึกษา
การจัดประชุมและอบรมในครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของวิทยาลัยการฝึกหัดครู ในการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรอย่างเป็นระบบ พร้อมยกระดับคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษา และขับเคลื่อนสู่ความเป็นเลิศอย่างยั่งยืน ตามมาตรฐานสากลของการศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21
📰 CTE at PNRU Enhances Academic Readiness and Institutional Quality through EdPEx Training
On June 19, 2025, the College of Teacher Education (CTE) at Phranakhon Rajabhat University (PNRU) convened its faculty and support staff for a full-day meeting to prepare for the upcoming academic semester and to enhance institutional quality through an internal workshop on the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx).
Held at the 3rd-floor conference room of the Centennial Building for Thai Teacher Education, the meeting brought together 68 academic and administrative personnel to align operational goals and strengthen the quality of teaching, research, and student services ahead of the first semester of the 2025 academic year.
The event was presided over by Asst. Prof. Dr. Atcharawan Janpensri, Dean of CTE, who delivered a keynote address outlining the college’s strategic directions, academic priorities, and vision for continuous improvement.
The meeting also featured presentations from the three associate deans of the college:
- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kassakorn Nutchprasop, Associate Dean for Administration, Research, and Quality Development
- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phichamon Chamratsri, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs
- Dr. Kanittha Sangkarat, Associate Dean for Student Affairs
Key topics of discussion included instructional planning, academic operations, curriculum development, research dissemination, infrastructure management, and effective internal coordination to support CTE’s mission.
In the afternoon, a professional development session focused on the EdPEx quality framework was delivered by CTE faculty members:
- Dr. Sirirat Thongmeesri, Lecturer in Educational Administration (Graduate Program)
- Amporn Jaided, Lecturer in Thai Performing Arts
The session offered practical insights into how academic departments and administrative units can apply EdPEx principles to drive excellence, accountability, and sustainable educational outcomes.
This initiative reflects CTE’s ongoing commitment to academic excellence and human resource development, aligning with international standards in education management for the 21st century.
