การอบรมเสริมทักษะครูแนะแนวและพัฒนานักเรียนเพื่อนที่ปรึกษาในพื้นที่นครนายก

   

สาขาวิชาจิตวิทยาการแนะแนวและการปรึกษาจัดอบรมเสริมทักษะครูแนะแนวและพัฒนานักเรียนเพื่อนที่ปรึกษาในพื้นที่นครนายก

ระหว่างวันที่ 5–6 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2568 สาขาวิชาจิตวิทยาการแนะแนวและการปรึกษา วิทยาลัยการฝึกหัดครู มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร ได้จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในหัวข้อ “การจัดทำแผนพัฒนานักเรียนเพื่อนที่ปรึกษา (Youth Counselor: YC) และการพัฒนาทักษะการให้คำปรึกษาแก่ครูและนักเรียน” ณ โรงแรมจันทรา รีสอร์ท จังหวัดนครนายก

กิจกรรมนี้จัดขึ้นภายใต้โครงการ “ยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมบทบาทของครูแนะแนวและครูที่ปรึกษา ในการพัฒนา “นักเรียนเพื่อนที่ปรึกษา” ซึ่งถือเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการส่งเสริมสุขภาวะทางจิต อารมณ์ และสังคมของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษา

ภายในงานได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.กรกฎา นักคิ้ม และทีมวิทยากร ร่วมบรรยายและจัดกิจกรรมฝึกปฏิบัติแบบมีส่วนร่วม เพื่อให้ครูและนักศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมสามารถประยุกต์ใช้แนวทาง YC ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพในสถานการณ์จริง

กลุ่มเป้าหมายประกอบด้วยครูแนะแนวจากโรงเรียนในจังหวัดนครนายก ซึ่งล้วนมีบทบาทสำคัญในการส่งเสริมศักยภาพนักเรียนให้เติบโตอย่างรอบด้าน ทั้งด้านวิชาการ ทักษะชีวิต และคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีในระยะยาว

 

Counselor Education Program Empowers Teachers and Students through Peer Counselor Training in Nakhon Nayok

Nakhon Nayok, Thailand — June 5–6, 2025

The Counseling Psychology and Guidance program at the Faculty of Education, Phranakhon Rajabhat University, organized a hands-on workshop entitled "Planning and Implementing Peer Counselor Programs (Youth Counselor: YC) and Enhancing Counseling Skills for Teachers and Students." The event took place at Chantara Resort, Nakhon Nayok province.

This initiative is part of the national project “Enhancing the Quality of Small Schools”, aiming to build teacher capacity and establish effective peer support systems for students. The focus is on training both teachers and students to develop strong interpersonal and mental health support skills—key to fostering emotional well-being and positive school environments.

The workshop was honored by the presence of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Korrakod Nakkim and a team of experts who led lectures and interactive training sessions. Participants engaged in practical activities that can be directly applied in their school settings to support the holistic development of students.

Participants included guidance teachers, and homeroom teachers from schools in the Nakhon Nayok service area. The training aims to help educators enhance student support systems by nurturing academic, emotional, and social growth through the Youth Counselor model.

This program represents an important step in preparing Thai educators to implement sustainable, school-based mental health interventions tailored to the needs of local communities.
