เมื่อวันที่ 29–31 พฤษภาคม 2568 สาขาวิชาจิตวิทยาการแนะแนวและการปรึกษา วิทยาลัยการฝึกหัดครู มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร ได้จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ เรื่อง “การจัดทำแผนพัฒนานักเรียนเพื่อนที่ปรึกษาให้กับครูในเขตพื้นที่บริการกรุงเทพมหานครและจังหวัดนนทบุรี

การอบรมครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นภายใต้โครงการ “ยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับบทบาทและทักษะของครูในการดำเนินงานระบบนักเรียนเพื่อนที่ปรึกษา (YC) ซึ่งเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการส่งเสริมสุขภาวะทางจิตและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีของนักเรียน กิจกรรมได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ กรกฎา นักคิ้ม และคณะ ร่วมบรรยายและฝึกปฏิบัติแก่ผู้เข้าร่วม

กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการอบรมประกอบด้วยครูแนะแนวและครูที่ปรึกษา จากโรงเรียนในเขตพื้นที่บริการกรุงเทพมหานครและจังหวัดนนทบุรี โดยมุ่งหวังให้คุณครูสามารถนำความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการส่งเสริมศักยภาพของนักเรียนให้เติบโตอย่างรอบด้านทั้งด้านวิชาการ อารมณ์ และสังคม

The Department of Counseling and Guidance Psychology Hosts Workshop to Strengthen Skills for School Counselors and Guidance Teachers

From May 29 to 31, 2025, the Department of Guidance and Counseling Psychology at the Faculty of Teacher Training, Phranakhon Rajabhat University, hosted a hands-on training workshop titled “Foundations and Operational Strategies for Youth Counselors (YC)”. The event was held at Hall 3 (Phra Thep Sumethi), Buddhawichalai Building.

The workshop was part of the university’s broader initiative, “Improving the Quality of Education in Small Schools,” aimed at strengthening teacher capacity in implementing peer counseling programs. These Youth Counselor (YC) programs play a vital role in promoting students’ emotional wellness, peer support, and social development within the school environment.

The event featured expert-led sessions by Associate Professor Kornkada Nakkim and team, who provided both theoretical insights and interactive training.

Participants included as well as homeroom teachers from schools across Bangkok and Nonthaburi. The program was designed to equip educators with the tools and strategies needed to effectively support students’ academic success, emotional resilience, and healthy social development.
