พัฒนา “ผู้นำครูมืออาชีพ”สู่ศตวรรษที่ ๒๑

เมื่อวันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม – 1 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2568 วิทยาลัยการฝึกหัดครู มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร ได้จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “สร้างผู้นำครูมืออาชีพ นักศึกษาวิทยาลัยการฝึกหัดครูสู่ศตวรรษที่ 21”

ณ โรงแรมจันทรา รีสอร์ท จังหวัดนครนายก โดยมีนักศึกษาผู้นำ ได้แก่ นายกและคณะกรรมการสโมสรนักศึกษา เข้าร่วมจำนวน 34 คน

การอบรมมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้นำนักศึกษาใน 4 ด้านสำคัญ ได้แก่

1. เสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านภาวะผู้นำและการบริหารจัดการ เช่น การจัดระบบงาน การตัดสินใจและการแก้ไขปัญหา

2. พัฒนาทักษะการวางแผน การสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการทำงานเป็นทีม

3. ส่งเสริมทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 อาทิ การคิดวิเคราะห์ การคิดสร้างสรรค์ การทำงานร่วมกันและการใช้เทคโนโลยี

4. สร้างเครือข่ายผู้นำนักศึกษาที่เข้มแข็ง เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของวิทยาลัยในระยะยาว

โครงการนี้ดำเนินงานภายใต้การกำกับของ ดร.กนิษฐา สังขรัตน์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายกิจการนักศึกษาและ ฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ โดยมุ่งหวังให้นักศึกษาได้รับการปลูกฝังภาวะผู้นำที่เหมาะสมกับบริบทของการเป็น ครูมืออาชีพในอนาคต

Nakhon Nayok, Thailand — From May 31 to June 1, 2025, the Faculty of Teacher Training at Phranakhon Rajabhat University (PNRU) hosted a leadership development workshop titled “Developing Professional Teacher-Leaders for the 21st

Century” at Chantra Resort in Nakhon Nayok Province.

The workshop brought together 34 student leaders, including members of the Student Council and club executives, for an immersive training experience aimed at enhancing their leadership and professional teaching competencies.

Organized under Dr. Kanittha Sangkarat, Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Professional Training, the program was designed to achieve 4 core objectives:

1. Build Foundational Leadership Knowledge – Participants explored key theories and principles ofleadership, including organizational management, decision-making, and problem-solving.

2. Enhance Practical Skills – Training focused on strategic planning, effective communication,teamwork, and collaboration.

3. Promote 21st-Century Competencies – The program emphasized critical thinking, creativity,digital literacy, and adaptability—skills essential for future educators.

4. Strengthen Student Leadership Networks – The initiative aimed to cultivate a strong network ofstudent leaders who can actively contribute to academic and community initiatives within thefaculty.

The workshop is part of the university’s broader commitment to preparing teacher candidates not only to excel in classrooms but also to serve as capable leaders in dynamic educational environments.
