เมื่อวันที่ 15 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 วิทยาลัยการฝึกหัดครู จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “การพัฒนาครูตามฐานสมรรถนะ PTRU เพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะ 4 ประการ และความฉลาดรู้ตามแนว PISA”
ณ ห้องประชุมอาคารฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพเชิงบูรณาการ โดยเริ่มต้นในโมดูลที่ 1 ซึ่งมุ่งวางรากฐาน
ความเข้าใจด้านสมรรถนะครูตามกรอบ PTRU Model อันเป็นอัตลักษณ์การพัฒนาครูของสถาบัน
การอบรมสะท้อนแนวทางการพัฒนาครูตามฐานสมรรถนะ (Competency-Based Teacher Development)
ที่บูรณาการความรู้ ทักษะ และคุณลักษณะวิชาชีพ สอดคล้องกับบริบทการศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 และเชื่อมโยง
โดยตรงกับกรอบความฉลาดรู้ (Literacy) ตามแนว Programme for International Student
Assessment (PISA) ซึ่งมุ่งพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้มีความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ แก้ปัญหา และประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้
ในชีวิตจริง การอบรมเน้นการมีส่วนร่วม การวิเคราะห์กรณีศึกษา และการปฏิบัติการเชิงลึก เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วม
สามารถนำองค์ความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
โครงการดังกล่าวสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน โดยเฉพาะ SDG 4: การศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพผ่านการยก
ระดับศักยภาพครูอย่างเป็นระบบ และสนับสนุน SDG 17: ความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนผ่านการสร้าง
เครือข่ายการเรียนรู้และกลไกพัฒนาวิชาชีพร่วมกัน นอกจากนี้ การพัฒนาความฉลาดรู้ของผู้เรียนยังมีส่วนสนับสนุน
การเตรียมทักษะแห่งอนาคต อันสอดรับกับการพัฒนาทุนมนุษย์ในระดับประเทศ
Elevating Literacy to Achieve Structured and Sustainable Learner Development
On February 15, 2026, the College of Teacher Education at Phranakhon Rajabhat University organized a professional development workshop titled “PTRU Competency-Based Teacher Development to Strengthen Four Key Attributes and PISA-Aligned Literacy.” The session, held at the Integrated Professional Practice Building, launched Module 1, which focused on foundational understanding of teacher competencies under the PTRU Model—an institutional framework for teacher preparation.
The project aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) through systematic teacher capacity building, and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by fostering collaborative professional learning networks. By strengthening student literacy outcomes, the initiative also contributes to long-term human capital development at both regional and national levels.
The initiative reflects a strategic approach to Competency-Based Teacher Development that integrates knowledge, professional skills, and core attributes aligned with 21st-century educational contexts. The program explicitly connects teacher preparation to literacy development as defined by the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA), emphasizing analytical thinking, problem-solving, and the practical application of knowledge in real-life situations. Interactive case studies and applied workshops ensured meaningful engagement and practical implementation.
